Outside the comfort zone

Making a colleague redundant, having a pre-pitch conference call with a potential new client who has sent me tons of incomprehensible strategy documents, preparing and teaching first live yoga class ever (plus recording it). All classified as rather distressing in my world. All happening in the same week. The 'outside-comfort-zone-week'.
