Snoopy needs to meet ABBA

Children's disco in Snoopy Club. Two Russian animateurs singing and dancing to "head, shoulders, knees and toes, knees and toes...". My niece and nephew looked like two question marks. Disco? I couldn't really push them to join the party as I agreed with them. What's wrong with ABBA?
