Working the muscles

Here's a challenge from today's yoga class:

Stand close to the wall and do virabhadrasana 2/warrior 2 without falling over.

Bum too big? Sway-back? Nah... poor excuses I tried to use as it's apparently all about the thigh muscles working in one direction and the calf muscels in another.

I'm not quite there yet, but my yoga teacher says, as with everything, give it a couple of years... It's all about the journey!
