Bringing your personal Mac to the office to work more efficiently. And for the work satisfaction and general well-being. That is pure Mac love. And also conviction to be heard.
Ignoring IT policy (as long as you don't need any support they don't seem to be too bothered), one of my colleagues is making a loud statement about his preferences. He was the one who got me to switch to Mac a year ago. Now he is trying to macify our whole office environment. I wouldn't be surprised if he succeeds.
