To start the day with a butterfly

Probably one of the best ways to start a new week. Feet together, knees a part and a light forward bend with the support of a bolster. Favourite yoga instructor guiding us to a soft start of the week. The best.

From there on it has been downhill without too many gates to turn around. Also called being in the flow.
