Outside: minus fifteen; inside: probably close to plus thirty thanks to the firelog (or city wood as our neighbours in country call it).
Cinnamon tea and sponge cake in front of the fireplace, accompanied by Synchronicity and the Inner Path of Leadership, the latest of the three leadership books I've ploughed through this Christmas.
Does this count as work? The topic is certainly relevant for my role and should it not be work just because I happen to enjoy it (tea, cake and firelog obviously help)?
I'm arguing with my conscience, but somehow think that commitment should be rewarded! A reasonable compromise??
