The end

Time to say good bye.

The final module, the conclusion, the big wrap up and the celebrate of success.

Today was the last time I met with the group of leaders I've been training for almost a year together with my favourite consultant alias coach.

There is a mix of feelings. I'm relieved, proud, sad, convinced, inspired, happy and a little bit protective. I really want the best for all of them.

The biggest victory is that I think we have made a difference. It's amazing to sit on the first row and have the pleasure of seeing people develop.
