The room was small and there were no yoga mats. The five participants were of mixed nationalities so all of a sudden the instructing had to be in English. One of the participants was standing with crossed arms doing nothing, the others did something but without really following any of my instructions. Then one of the participants started to give out competing instructions. What do you do? You wake up!
My dream created a worst case scenario for yoga instructors.
