Reminiscence

The surreal feeling of RSVP to a funeral. I have never done it before and it feels unnatural in a cold and secluded way. I know it will be a warm and beautiful afternoon filled with affinity and love. But there will also be the reminder of how cruel life can be and the unexpected trials that wait for all of us in one shape or another. Humility and greatfulness for waking up every morning.
