TV or yoga mat?

A moment of pride when looking at the TV listings before switching it on, to then decide it's not worth switching on, but instead turning to the yoga mat for a session of yin yoga. Doesn't always happen as the TV is a real magnet for unwinding. I'm working to move those magnets from the TV to the yoga mat and today proved to be successful. 1-0 to yoga mat! Counting starts today as score would otherwise be too depressing for poor yoga mat.
