A perfect Friday afternoon is bathing in sunshine and one can leave work early to go for a run. If there is energy left and need for a stretch, then one can do a gentle yoga session. After that, why not meet up with girlfriends for dinner (may be delicious prawns and chilled white wine?) in the privacy of a newly acquired flat that needs a grand opening. And the icing on the cake could well include drinks in trendy bar where the party is merged with a party of the opposite sex.
